✔️ Move regularly - try to at least stand or change position every 30-60 mins.
✔️ Don't cross your legs - this puts strain through your pelvis and lower spine.
✔️ Only pack what you need - try to keep your luggage as light as possible.
✔️ Stretch before & after travel - you can pack a spikey ball or tennis ball for some self massage too.
✔️ Stay hydrated - limit caffeine and alcohol too, your whole body will thank you for it.
